I specialize in trauma-informed therapy (EMDR and IFS), recognizing the profound impact that past experiences can have on our present lives. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and experiences.

As a registered social worker and professional psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree from UBC, I bring several years of experience working with individuals who have faced various forms of trauma and mental challenges. My training and years of experience in different modalities equips me with the skills to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet your unique needs.

I specialize in treating trauma related to childhood trauma, interpersonal violence, PTSD, EMDR therapy, part works and somatic psychotherapy. I am dedicated to staying informed about the latest advancements in trauma therapy to provide you with the highest quality of care.
