Knowing Self

In summary, self-knowledge is a vital component of therapy work. It provides the groundwork for self-awareness, helps identify underlying issues, enables tailored treatment, empowers individuals, enhances relationships, and promotes integration and healing. As clients deepen their understanding of themselves, they are better equipped to navigate life’s challenges, make meaningful changes, and lead more authentic and fulfilling lives.

Trusting Self

Trusting the wise self, also known as the core self or inner wisdom, is crucial in healing. We often encourage individuals to trust their wise selves, facilitating the development of self-trust and self-empowerment. By tapping into this inner wisdom, individuals can harness their innate resources, make meaningful changes, and cultivate a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Leading Self

Self-leadership in counselling empowers individuals to take an active role in their own growth and healing. It fosters a sense of autonomy, self-empowerment, and personal responsibility. By embracing self-leadership, individuals can maximize the benefits of therapy, achieve their goals, and cultivate positive changes that extend beyond the counseling relationship.
